Kate has been in real estate since 1986 and has resided in the Wainfleet/ Port Colborne area all of her life.  Family and community have always been a priority in Kate’s life. Kate currently lives along the shores of Lake Erie and has a true appreciation of the beauty and assets of the Niagara Region.

Kate’s background includes an Honours B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.  It was during those years that she realized that her life’s mission was to help people. Today, Kate thrives on serving her clients to help them find their first home, their dream home or their next investment.  Kate has a true love of people and her energy is hard to compete with.  This hard working real estate agent prides herself in exceptional customer service and total satisfaction.  Her greatest compliment is repeat business and referrals from previous clients.

Kate also has the distinct pleasure of working on a daily basis with her family members. Kate’s father, Nick has been a licensed real estate agent and broker for over 35 years.  Nick assists Kate with his expertise and to give their clients prompt, efficient service. 

Kate’s daughter Nicki is a student at University of Ottawa and is Kate’s assistant during her summer break. She assists with all of the critical day-to-day tasks to run a successful real estate business.

Giving back to the community is also a high priority in Kate’s life.  Over the years, Kate has been involved in many community groups and currently is a volunteer for the local branch of the Heart and Stroke Foundation and Cancer Society. Kate also contributes financially to many community groups and projects to keep her community thriving and growing.
